when i out in an online request for a moving estimate they were the only ones that returned my call, an agent got ahold of me cery quickly, i talked to a person and not a machine, and then the only little issue that i had was that the move coordinator told me that they usually arrive between 8 and 9 in the morning but never emailed me back to tell me when the driver was coming, he arrived at 7:30 but we were ready, we were moving our dad cross country from new york to florida the driver had to haul of the stuff around the building and up an elevator, but they mad me feel at ease and did the job. i appreciated the driver keeping me updated. it was probably one of the easiest moves i've made. Again i grew up in pakipske and they actually moved my dad a few times and i would recommend Arnoff to anyone in the area that is moving, they are the ones that contacted me directly.

I've been very pleased with North American Van Lines and the services they have provided. We recently experienced very considerate and professional performance with respect to arrangement for and delivery of a shipment of our belongings to the new home for my wife and myself on the west coast. That said, I realized that a number of items that I would have liked to receive did not show up. Our current expectation is that this was substantially due to errors on my part in my identification with the east coast storage facility of what was to be shipped. I'm currently following up with that group on this.
