Marshah was a wonderful coordinator out of Las Vegas. Ken & his team did a good job but I had concerns about the inventory process as they switched people a couple of times which resulted in some missing and untagged items. There were some things that were not packed/tagged properly that caused delays on the delivery side and some damage to items that should not have been damaged. The delivery crew was great. They did a LOT of work in a short amount of time.
