NAVL from the beginning of the move to the end of the move was very professional. NAVL treated me nice.

Service and pricing. Service was excellent. My husband is sick and cant do any lifting. The crew was like family. They were phenomenal and amazing. Gary, the Driver was a gentle giant and phenomenal.

The overall care that the crew had for my belongings. The cost and communication. Them helping me get to where I was going.

Everybody that we worked w/ was fantastic. The crew did a good job. The prsn we had main contact w/ was professional, helpful and served us well.

People were quick about what they were trying to do, trying to take as little of my time. They were nice in delivering as they could be.

The actual driver and helpers that were involved were good. Salesperson was great as well. I am missing a part to my bed that was missing since the move.

It was a really good experience. The people I talked to on the phone, the people we worked with locally and the driver were good. We had no concerns.

It was just the overall experience. I have had several military moves and this was the best experience.

I cant predict how they would handle others, but my experience was perfect. James Cory, was particularly good. He did what he said he would.

The driver was extremely professional, packers were friendly and outgoing; the reps always asked questions. We were very happy that the reps were cautious. I was very impressed. The local agent's crew did a very nice job and nice young men.

The driver and the two men I spoke was helpful and very accommodating influenced my rating. Everything went like clockwork. It was great.

I thought they followed through when they called, when they said they would be here, and I could call them when I needed to. I would say reliability and accommodating my needs.

They were on time & they took good care of our items during the loading & unloading process. They were very careful bringing the items in the home, putting down mats on floors & no scratches on walls. They did an excellent job. The driver was very professional & he worked both sides of this move.

I was pleasantly surprised how good things went. I was very pleased. It was a military move and I had to put in storage for 6 months and then move again.

The satisfaction everything was done very well & nice. They forgot to give us our office chair. Besides that I am happy w/ the move. I would like to be compensated for my chair. If they could send a check to my address they made the del to.

The driver Bob was courteous, very skilled and respectful. He answered all of our questions. the packers did a great job with the packing and was very careful.

The agent was consistently in touch with us from the beginning. They even called while we were traveling. They were very hands on.

Sirva put all of this together very timely. The driver called me to confirm that they would be there and call back to let me know when they would be there. I feel this was a very personable service. Maurice the rep that came to visit did a very good job. I was overall comfortable with the movers and I was impressed with how well the communicated and worked together.

I have moved many times. I have never been this satis w/ a move until now. The movers were nice & easy to work w/. The movers did really well.

The interaction I had with the driver and his crew and the agent. The care they took and making sure all my questions were answered.

The overall experience was very pain free, everyone was professional, and on time. There was no worries from the moment I spoke to Dawn from capital one, he is the one who coordinated everything.

The price, the promptness, and the professionalism that was displayed, most influenced my rating. There were 2 pick-ups and 2 drop-offs. All these things had to be coordinated, and this was all handled professionally.

Courteous and efficient handling of my possessions. There were 4 times to pick up items from my home in Brooklyn and they stated there would be an extra charge and transfer fees. I said OK. $3000 more was added, I was surprised.

I had a very small window of when I would be in town and they accommodate me with that. They got here a lot faster. The drivers were so nice. They wanted to make sure everything was in the right place They did a great job with the special requests. I had a bronze statue, a really pretty dining room table, and a big mirror. Everything came out really well.

The communication with the local agent about when our goods will be delivered. The agent was very helpful. We had some wait time and she did well in coordinating the delivery of our items.

The moving coordinator, Deb, was fantastic. The good were picked up promptly. I had a job that was available immediately and Deb made things happen. Everything was stellar. Both the loading & unloading crew did a fantastic job. They were clean and left everything spotless. They were personable, nice, & exhibited excellent customer service. I just think the local driver was very professional and I hope to use North American Van Lines again.

The kindness of the driver is what most influenced my rating. He was very helpful. He pitched in and helped when anyone needed it.

I was extremely impressed with how they protected the house while loading and preparing for transport. The driver was really polite. Overall every thing was just really good.

The communication and the delivery worked out well, which is what currently influenced my rating of 10. However, I need to call the rep because the actual cost exceeded the quoted estimate. Neither the local agent's crew, the over-the-road driver and his crew, nor I, did the majority of the packing. The majority of the packing was done by an outside agent.

The courtesy of the driver, he had excellent communication. He took care of my belongings, was respectful to my husband & I. I will recommend them to anyone who is moving.

I thought they were especially attentive and smart. They went above and beyond in what they were doing. They respected both my possessions and myself.

I was really annoyed by the follow ups and the surveys. The follow up surveys are to excessive, but everybody did a great job.

Everyone involved from the estimator to the lady in the office handling the scheduling to the driver & his helper & the 2 delivery guys, they were great. The 2 del guys who were from Southern CA made this del on a Sun in OR in the middle of a snowstorm. They really toughed it out.

The care that everybody took w/ everything was great. They were very personable. It took a long time to load. I wish they would have told me how long it would take to pack ahead of time. It took eleven hours. However, they did a good job.

I liked the experience with the packers, movers, the agent & the person who coordinated everything, her name was Vicky & being willing to work with my work schedule. The move was easy with no issues. The driver was little testy during the delivery with a friend of mine.

This was my second move with North American, and overall, considering both moves, I'd give them an 8; the first set of movers seemed kind of careless to me. I am missing a shelf that was removed by the movers.
